DEFINITIONS

Seller: Invest Family Lda .

Buyer: a natural person who is of legal age and who is not acting within the context of practicing a profession or conducting a business, with whom the Seller concludes an Agreement.

Order: an order placed by the Buyer for the delivery of one or more products.

Product: a Teresa Gameiro product that the Seller offers for sale on the Website.

Price: the price indicated on the Website for a Product, including the VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless the order surpasses the amount designated for free shipping.

Agreement: The Order, which the Seller has accepted as such.

SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES

We pack and ship all items within 3 working days of purchase.

National orders takes between 1-3 weekdays. In the EU takes between 3-7 weekdays for delivery once shipped.

We will make the delivery in accordance with agreed delivery dates to every extent possible; however, the Buyer acknowledges that the delivery dates are based on the circumstances of which the Seller is aware at the time at which the Agreement is concluded and, insofar as they are dependent on work or services to be provided by third parties, on the information that such third parties provide to the Seller.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Paypal payments. For Portugal we also have bank reference system.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Teresa Gameiro is not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Don't worry. If it's as good as new, you have 14 days to return it. Here's how it works.

We can only accept items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. To return an item please contact us by e-mail (info@teresagameiro.com). Make sure to include your name, address and order number.

All shipping fees are non–refundable unless product is determined to be damaged or defective. If you get a defective product we’ll pay for the return costs. In this case please send us some pictures to our e-mail immediately after your parcel arrives.

Please ensure to send the returning product(s) through a registered post service as we are not liable for lost packages. After receiving the items we’ll inspect them in order to guarantee they meet our requirements (newunused and original tags attached), and a refund will be processed within 5 working days. You’ll be notified by e–mail when the refund is complete.

Exchanges
Simple. You have 14 days to do it if it's as good as new.

Communicate exchange: e-mail us and tell us your order number, what items you want to exchange and the desired new article. Our Customer Experience Team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Return label: after confirmation from your Customer Experience Representative, a return label will be sent to you and a collection will be scheduled.

Once a package is received, checked and approved, we'll exchange it for the desired item, free of additional shipping costs.
